Daddy is the funnest!

Had to post these two pictures! I love them! Wrestling is nothing new, but everyone hanging on dad like this is somewhat new. Poor Toby's face will never quite be the same. Luckily his glasses stayed in one piece! :)

My Angel Boy, Gabriel, is 5!

My mind wanders back to when I held my firstborn child in my arms. As I thought back I became more and more aware of what a blessing he has been to me. I also wonder where all the time has gone. My boy who loves fishing, hiking, playing basketball, wrestling, run around crazy, the more action, movement the better, is 5 and I love him even more than I did when I first held him in my arms. I LOVE HIM!
Here is the cake! Yes, Grandma and Papa Smith did good again!
Here is where Gabe first planted himself waiting for his cake.
He then moved to the picnic table. He made his wish out loud. He wished our house was made out of bacon. (His favorite food) Leave it to a five year old boy to make that kind of a wish!
Julie handed Gabe his presents.Julie went and bought Gabe 3 batman masks. She got them with her own money and wrapped it herself.

He liked them!
I had encouraged her to get 3, so that we wouldn't have any fighting. Noah absolutely loved them. Has there ever been a cuter BatNoah? Look at that smile. Toby and I are so blessed to see this smile every day!
Presents galore!
Speed Racer! Yeah!
Now they have something to wear on their heads beside underwear! Somehow it is not as funny, but definetly cute! :)
G&P Smith brought Julie and Noah presents as well. Noah ripped into his not aware that it slipped out on the floor. He just kept ripping the paper apart until I showed him where his shirt had dropped.
They got Gabe this Super Mario Galaxy shirt which is great, because he likes to play that on Gram's Wii.
Girls just hanging out at the party.
Julie eating some yummy Spiderman cake!

I know I am the mom and very biased, but isn't she the prettiest little 5 month old! Look at those eyes!

Cake eating amongst many gifts.
Noah walked around like this for awhile. Who needs eyes? By the way I framed Grandma's face in between the ears on purpose! :)

The good ole paddle and ball.
Gabe got a present for G&P Smith. At first it made Noah nervous , then he walked around saying mine.

This is the toy!

Gabe got a couple practical jokes. One was a mouse and he was scaring Grandma with it.

We had so much fun. Thank you all that called and came. It made his day special!
Happy Birthday my five year old boy! My prayer for you is that what Jesus wants becomes the most important thing to you.

Another day at the Smith's

Here is my sweet Noah who wanted to vacuum! I think he did a good job for just being 2!

He found his panda bear's shirt and insisted on wearing it! I must say he looks pretty spiffy!
Is she all girl or what!?!

He doesn't want to smile for the camera these days so this is the face I get!

This boy on the other hand doesn't mind smiling ever! He has a blast on his little "bike"!
Here is another picture of Julie with her violin.
Gabe got an early birthday present today and received his violin as well. He is sure he already knows how to play and offered to serenade me while I made dinner.

Here they are together, our future fiddlers! :)

Friends and Karaoke Fun!

We had some friends over last night. We had a really good time! The kids love Josh, here he is seeing how high Julie can fly!

This form looks a little better!
Noah liked the hat and the shirt which I had to pry off of him this morning!

This is how you are supposed to wear it, right?

The Julie look!

Poor Josh, Gabe was immediately in wrestle mood!

Michelle really liked Julie's cape too!

I love the cape blowing in the wind! (Good effects, Josh! :)

Josh and Michelle brought over their karaoke machine. We did some karaoke. I think these were the cream of the crop, but in all fairness Josh came in at a close second with some of his impersonations! Yes, you did shave your legs for that! :) We had a blast guys! Thanks for coming over. See you at your house for Superbowl!
First up is Gabe, notice he makes the song his own!

Julie is next, she believes in repeating so people fully appreciate the words! (If you can understand them!) :)

Then there is Noah who does his own powerful rendition of Jingle Bells!

Julie turns 4!!

My Julianne Rose is four! I can't believe it! We have had such a good time with her. The little (big) girl who has an incredible sense of humor!

Belle tried on the Birthday hat!

Yes, I have 2 four year olds at the moment!

Noah spent some of the party like this!

The beautiful princess cake that Grandma and Papa Smith brought!

From G&P Smith she got a $2 bill.

Noah was excited for the present opening!

So were Gabe and Julie!

Candy! Yeah!
Gabe went and picked out and bought this present with his own money. It is a barbie.

Needless to say, Julie liked it! Are they not the sweetest!

Still opening presents!

G&P Smith got her this one. They did good!
Holding her new purse full of goodies and fixing SunBlossoms hair! It is serious work!
Enjoying the cake and ice cream!

Playing with G Smith! She officially likes Barbie's now!
Gram and Papa Powell got her a violin so she can start her lessons! She is thrilled.

Belle liked the noisemakers the best! Enjoy!
